This promotion is valid for guests redeeming their Moon Vacation Getaway certificate. This promotion does not apply to Agencies, TO, Famtrips, website, travel agent employee rates, complimentary, incentive or compensatory stays. The Resort Credit can be used towards select tours, golf, SPA / beauty salon services, special dinners and Dream Art Photography. Promotion, prices and applicable services are subject to change without notice. The Resort Credit is not transferable between rooms during the stay. Unused Resort Credit cannot be reimbursed in cash.
- All Tours, Services and Amenities. Purchased with Resort Credit must be purchased at full price. Resort Credit promotion is not combinable with other credits, discounts or promotions unless specifically indicated. Resort Credit is applicable only towards the mentioned tours and only when operated by Palace Vacation Planners. All services require reservation at least 24 hours prior to desired service. No refunds will apply in the event that a guest does not arrive for a scheduled service or tour. No shows are charged at full price. Additional restrictions or exclusions may apply at the time of bookings. Tours and services are subject to availability. Services and amenities must be booked/requested upon arrival. Tours vary by destination. Not applicable towards tours provided by other operators. Resort Credit may only be used for the DOLPHIN SECRETS program and may not be used towards other dolphin programs or with other operators.
- Romantic Dinner. It includes sparkling wine for two adults. Additional bottles incur an additional cost. Romantic dinners are for adults and for couples only. It does not apply to parties of more than 2 people. Resort Credit may not be used to purchase romantic dinners at other resorts.
- Memories. Valid for one certificate of $150 RC per room per stay. Resort Credit cannot be used towards additional products such as enlargements, albums, photobooks and other services not specified.
- Golf. Resort Credit is applicable for golf rounds at regular price. Golf rounds include early fee, green fee, twilight fee, and junior fee and exclude all other fees. Resort Credit can also be used towards lessons at the Moon Palace Golf Academy. It cannot be used towards clubs or shoes rental or purchase of other products. Riviera Cancun Golf Club: Food & beverages are included. Puerto Cancún Golf Course: Round trip transportation (hotel - golf course - hotel), beverages and food are not included.
- Additional restrictions for Cozumel Palace and Isla Mujeres Palace. Resort Credit for golf at Cozumel Palace and Isla Mujeres Palace may be used on the aforementioned concepts at golf courses operated by Palace Resorts but do not include transportation to and from the golf courses.
- Scuba Diving. Resort Credit at Cozumel Palace can be used towards morning diving (2 tanks), for certified divers or for beginners can opt for Discover Scuba Diving. The maximum amount for this activity depends on the length of stay. For Playacar Palace, the maximum amount for this activity depends on the length of the stay. For Isla Mujeres Palace the maximum amount for diving (1-tank) or Discover Scuba Diving is US $300 for a stay of 5–8 nights and US $150 for stays of 3 or 4 nights.
